Toasty Bastard V3

I was privileged enough to partner with a local water company and get some RO water for my brew. Free anything is much appreciated in these times. So I used some free Ale yeast from my local brew club to hit two birds with one stone. I also changed up the recipe to make this a little less roasty with only 1 lb of Special B. I will be adding the hops at the usual time 45 and 20 minutes. Chinook and Simcoe are the hops used to make this a great drinking Red Ale sure to please.

I am a member of a local beer club and I decided to throw my hat in the ring with a beer I had never heard of. This is a lager with a grain bill like a cream ale. Lots of corn in the mash and a 60-75 minute boil. I added 1.5 oz of Northern Brewer hops at 25 minutes. A very easy hop schedule to keep. I hope I can get this one similar to the other brewers and at least make something tasty.
