Golden Candy

This Belgian golden recipe has an aggressive hop schedule and requires a lot of patience. I love Belgian beers and complex flavors. This is a beer that really stood out and I have a lot of memories sharing it with friends and family. I was determined to use a Belgian candy sugar to get more gravity out of this and it worked. A very strong ale using WLP570 and Fuggle, Saaz and EKG hops.
