Brewing and tasting for the win!
I was eager to add another Pilsner to my schedule of brewing after adding Pea flowers to my previous Pilsner. I love Lagers and Pilsners. I added some Oat Malt for some extra flavor. Hersbrucker hops for a floral and spicy aroma.

I had a suggestion to brew a Single Malt and Single Hop Recipe with Golden Promise. I wanted to get the flavor of the Golden Promise malt in my mind, as I had only used Golden Promise in a brief period this summer. I was eager to try it out again. I had some Saaz Czech hops lying around and it turned out great.

I love making this beer and it shows. A large amount of white wheat and a blend of Pilsen and Munich malts imbue this beer with a great flavor. A classic recipe in my eyes for it’s easy drinking nature.

A clone of one of my favorite Copper Ales. Loads of 2 Row malt and a balance of Munich and White Wheat. I may have gone a bit wild on the hop schedule, but time will tell.

A filly fledged oat beer with a heap of oats. Malted oats, golden naked oats and rolled oats making a large presence of a favorite grain. So many oats hit you in the face and make you tap oat.

When this beer came out of the tap is was interesting to say the least. A proper experiment deserves an update. Tap Oat developed into an onion ale. Even a dry hopping of mosaic could not save this beer from tasting like French Onion Soup. We will not be trying this again, although it is worth noting too much of a good thing can be bad.
A pilsner brewed with blue colored flowers to turn the beer a slightly blue color and add an herbal flavor.

Another Cream Ale from the house recipe that combines 2 Row malts and Pilsner malts with a healthy addition of flaked corn. Vanguard hops make sure this tastes great. Cane sugar at 15 mins helps this one gets amped up.

An American Brown Ale with cocoa powder added. Lots of Maris Otter and Brown Malts added with Chinook and Galaxy hops.
