]]> This is a non-traditional take on a Helles. Sweet and crisp with some wheat for balance and body. Mashed in with 6 gallons and a 1.25 gallon sparge. I ran this for a 90 min boil. With 1oz Hersbrucker at 55 mins and .75 oz Hersbrucker at 75 mins.
