]]> I wanted to make a very drinkable Pale Ale for my 4 friends who are turning 40 this year. We will be drinking this beer to celebrate. The recipe has a more aggressive hop schedule than I usually brew. I’m not a fan of overly hoppy beers, and I cut the amount of hops in half for my own taste. First wort hop of 1oz of Cascade goes in at 60 then 1.5 oz at 10 mins with .5 oz Cascade, 1 oz Citra, and 1 oz Mosaic in at flame out. Hoping for some good fortune!
