A favorite beer of mine. A take on a local favorite, and something I would like to master the brewing process of. The delicious Golden Stout with coffee.

Better Red Than Dead

This Irish red ale is a traditional Irish red from the ones we have brewed before. We wanted to do something more traditional to try and find a baseline and build from there.

Pretty Rye for a Wit Guy

We looked around for a Wit Beer recipe that would satisfy our Spring thirsts. 2 pounds of frozen raspberries went into secondary on this. A mostly White Wheat recipe with lots of Belgian Pale Malt. We had to get the recipe to get sweet enough to add the tart raspberries and make sure the hops lent their flavor nicely. A half a pound of sugar added to the raspberries really helped this recipe shine.
