I love a good West Coast IPA. I had played around making juicy IPAs, but I wanted to revisit making a really smooth West Coast version. I added a ton of 2 row malt and a splash of flaked rye for a rich malty flavor.

A nice Brown I had previously rounded off the grist bill. I am omitting the 2 oz of cocoa powder I would usually add to this recipe. I later added a cup of coffee beans and 2 oz of cocoa nibs.

This Irish red ale is a traditional Irish red from the ones we have brewed before. We wanted to do something more traditional to try and find a baseline and build from there.

We looked around for a Wit Beer recipe that would satisfy our Spring thirsts. 2 pounds of frozen raspberries went into secondary on this. A mostly White Wheat recipe with lots of Belgian Pale Malt. We had to get the recipe to get sweet enough to add the tart raspberries and make sure the hops lent their flavor nicely. A half a pound of sugar added to the raspberries really helped this recipe shine.
